What happens after you submit?

Our team will review your withdrawal request and process your return in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. To help us process your return efficiently, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and providing your return tracking number after dispatch.

Returned goods may be inspected upon receipt to assess condition, completeness, and any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Because Norlan products are premium drinkware intended for direct contact with the mouth, returned goods showing evidence of use, washing, residue, staining, or sanitation concerns may be subject to a reduction in refund as permitted under applicable law.
