Processing Time

  • All orders of in-stock items require 1 to 2 business days for dispatch.
  • For orders containing pre-order or backordered items, please note that your order will be held until all items are available to ship. Please check the product page of any pre-order or backordered item for its estimated dispatch date.

Estimated Delivery Times

We use DPD for all shipments within the European Union. The estimated transit time after dispatch will depend on where you are located. We provide estimated transit times in the shipping section of checkout after your shipping address has been added.

Please note that all delivery times listed in checkout are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur.

Package Protection

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as it being lost, stolen, or damaged, we’re here to help. Please ensure that any issues are immediately documented and reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or if you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking down your package.
