At Norlan, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery timelines, and shipment-related issues for purchases made through our EU store.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully authorized and captured.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of elevated demand, including product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Shipping Destinations
Our EU store ships to eligible destinations within the European Union and selected surrounding regions where available at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary based on:
- product availability
- warehouse inventory
- carrier restrictions
- regional service limitations
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to locations where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors including:

- package weight and dimensions
- selected shipping method
- promotional shipping offers
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order completion.
Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Import Charges
For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is generally included in the final checkout price unless otherwise stated.
If any customs duties, import charges, local taxes, or governmental fees apply due to destination-specific requirements, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped and are provided for guidance only.
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- destination country
- carrier performance
- weather conditions
- customs processing
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Under EU consumer law, unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
Risk of Loss and Delivery
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
If you independently arrange a carrier not offered by Norlan, risk may transfer earlier in accordance with applicable law.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with investigation and carrier claims, we may request:
- photographs of the damaged product
- photographs of packaging
- shipping label photos
- retention of original packaging and shipping materials
Reporting shipment issues within 48 hours helps us process carrier claims efficiently; however, failure to notify us within this timeframe does not limit your statutory legal rights.
Returns and Return Shipping
Return eligibility, withdrawal rights, and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
For returns under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, customers are generally responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
For defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods, Norlan may provide replacement, repair, reimbursement, or other remedies as required under applicable consumer protection law.
Refund of Shipping Charges
If you validly exercise your statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the cost of the original standard outbound shipping charge.
We are not required to reimburse supplementary shipping costs resulting from your selection of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard shipping option offered by us.
Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or where Norlan is responsible for the issue giving rise to the return.
Statutory Legal Guarantee
Your purchase is also protected by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU consumer law.
This guarantee covers qualifying defects or lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within the statutory period.
